I was renting an expensive apartment in Chicago and had a 2 month window to move, continue to rent or buy a house. My original plan was to buy a house at age 30 but God had other plans for me. I called Barbara and explained to her that I needed to find a home within 2 months or I'd be forced to rent somewhere else.
